Do you know any difficult people?

I suspect a name or face came to mind as a result of that question. Most people have someone who they find difficult to get along with, or a person who always seems to rub them up the wrong way. Some people always seem to push your hot button!

Often those people you either have to live with, or work with, and avoiding them is not always an option. So if you can’t avoid or ignore them, you have to deal with them. Hopefully if you deal with them in the right way you can reduce your stress and frustration, and avoid as much conflict as possible.
